You receive your monthly salary on the last day of the given month. The payroll process depends on the contractor agreement you will have with the company.
At this time, we provide equipment to employees who have been with the company for more than three months (official probation period). We will assess your equipment and internet speed before sending the offer (in the midst of the interview process) and if it is not adequate for the role and for working remotely, we will notify you.

On average, it takes 4-5 weeks for a candidate to receive a job offer from our company. This is due to the time needed to gather all of the hiring manager's (internal, as well as external) feedback. Once the offer is sent, it depends on your notice period on what your start date will be. Our onboarding process is one month long, and during that time, you will get a chance to acquaint yourself with our policies, operations, and most importantly, your new teammates.
