• Solving order discrepancies received by email or phone. • Adjusting internal systems to reflect physical state versus manifested state. • Generating mock up orders when needed. • Escalating problems to appropriate stakeholders. • Providing retailers with an ETA depending on drivers projected arrival time. • Solving order discrepancies drivers are reporting at the time of the delivery. • Communicating with the drivers about any delivery blockers, delivery requirements, or retailer specific protocols.
Routing

• Schedule deliveries through preferred communication methods, and share delivery protocols with all stakeholders. • Streamline and support deliveries by sending order details, addressing issues, and making retailer-requested adjustments. • Plan delivery routes based on delivery zone schedules. • Update driver and vehicle info for compliance, and adjusting for driver availability, order size, and vehicle capacity. • Adjust internal systems with Driver / Vehicle information for METRC purposes. • Adjust routes to accommodate driver schedules, order volume and vehicle size. • Schedule deliveries through preferred communication methods, and share delivery protocols with all stakeholders. • Resolve order discrepancies, escalating concerns, and sharing driver ETAs with retailers, and communicate delivery details and protocols with drivers.
