Robert Holland is the VP of Finance & Strategy at Eaze, one of the largest cannabis retailers in California, Colorado, Florida & Michigan, where he manages the end to end supply chain strategy that fuels their business. He is also the founder of Tempo, a California-based LGBTQ-founded cannabis company that hit shelves in 2020 with the first precision dosed edible snack and was recently acquired by Punch Edibles & Extracts. Robert previously worked at PwC's Strategy& consulting for CPG companies like Pepsico, Hershey, and Sherwin Williams to implement digital and analytics programs - now using that skill set to build those foundational systems in cannabis.
