New Engagement Surveys Using Slack are coming to HQ!

We have been using Heartcount to gather feedback from you for the past couple of years now and we have noticed a decline in participation. Many of you have shared that the surveys via email often get missed and some of the feedback is perceived to have not been addressed adequately or in a timely manner. To enhance our feedback process and increase participation, the HR team collaborated with partners to revamp the weekly feedback system, making it more user-friendly and actionable. Beginning in June, we will be delivering new and improved Heartcount surveys via the HQ Slack Channel making them:

  • Quick and Easy: Surveys will take under 60 seconds to complete.
  • Easy to Access: Surveys will appear in your HQ Slack workspace.
  • Actionable: Weekly questions are now categorized to better understand themes such as overall satisfaction, sense of belonging, and company culture.
  • Anonymous: Surveys will remain anonymous but as always we welcome your direct feedback.  Reach out to HR if you have something specific you would like to share.
  • New eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) question:  While other questions will vary week to week, this question will be included every week allowing us to track the overall sentiment of our HQ team over time.

Your feedback is important to us and these changes are a direct result of feedback you have shared and we anticipate higher participation rates and more actionable feedback with these changes. We are excited to continue learning from you and the valuable feedback you’ll share.
