We have been using Heartcount to gather feedback from you for the past couple of years now and we have noticed a decline in participation. Many of you have shared that the surveys via email often get missed and some of the feedback is perceived to have not been addressed adequately or in a timely manner. To enhance our feedback process and increase participation, the HR team collaborated with partners to revamp the weekly feedback system, making it more user-friendly and actionable. Beginning in June, we will be delivering new and improved Heartcount surveys via the HQ Slack Channel making them:
